Return policy
Studio Vermiljoen applies a 14-day return policy. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
How to return an item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and properly packaged. As we work with fragile products, we kindly ask you to take extra care when returning your item.
To request a return, please contact us at millie@vermiljoen.be and clearly mention your order number to ensure smooth processing.
Once your return has been registered, you have 14 calendar days to send the item back to us.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Items purchased on sale or gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 working days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately once the return has been accepted.
