3 – OUR PRODUCTS

Studio Vermiljoen makes every effort to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible. However, inaccuracies may occur. Studio Vermiljoen cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from incorrect information.

As we work with handmade products, colours and visual characteristics shown in photographs may differ slightly from the actual product. This may be due to screen settings as well as the handmade nature of the product itself. Each piece is unique, and such variations do not constitute a defect.

All product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time and to limit the quantities of products sold per person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Studio Vermiljoen reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. An order is only accepted once it has been confirmed by Studio Vermiljoen.

Orders are processed only after payment has been received and successfully processed. Please review your order and details carefully before submitting your purchase.

If we are unable to accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided during checkout.

Returns and exchanges are only possible in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

5 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices listed on www.vermiljoen.be are in euros, inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed and calculated before completing your order.

Studio Vermiljoen reserves the right to modify or correct prices, discounts, and promotions. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.

Prices shown in the webshop may differ from prices in physical stores or in webshops or retail outlets operated by third parties.

6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped with great care after full payment has been received. If delivery cannot take place within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed or communicated, the customer will be informed and may cancel the agreement free of charge.

Pre-orders will be delivered as stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Delivery takes place at the address or pickup point specified by the customer. All delivery times are indicative and non-binding.

Studio Vermiljoen is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and texts on the webshop are the property of Studio Vermiljoen.

The names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans of Studio Vermiljoen are trademarks of Studio Vermiljoen and may not be used without prior written consent. The name, logo, product names, service names, design elements, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify.

8 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints or disputes must be reported by email within 7 days of receiving the order, failing which the right to complain lapses. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible and respond within 14 days.

9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties. We do not monitor or have control over these tools.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.

10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Studio Vermiljoen uses Shopify to provide the Services. All sales and purchases made through our webshop are conducted directly with Studio Vermiljoen.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Studio Vermiljoen, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. Studio Vermiljoen undertakes to deliver products that conform to the description and representation shown in the webshop.

Ceramics are fragile products; damage resulting from improper use is not covered by warranty.

Any complaints regarding an order or product must be reported within 7 days of receipt via info@vermiljoen.be.

Studio Vermiljoen strives to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors.
